“The kingdom of heaven is like a mustard seed that a person took and sowed in a field. It is the smallest of all the seeds, yet when full-grown it is the largest of plants. It becomes a large bush, and the ‘birds of the sky come and dwell in its branches.’”».

(Matthew 13, 31-32)

Jesus and the little ones

Ignatian prayer for children and adults

The Ignatian prayer for the little ones is one of those seeds that are sown in the heart and that mysteriously participate in the building of the Kingdom of God. Initiated in 1998 by a Jesuit priest, Leonardo Nardin SJ, and initially intended for Jesuit schools in Argentina and Uruguay, it has gradually spread outside this area and is now practiced with adults in Europe.

In fact, this way of praying with the Word of God using the resources of the imagination can touch all hearts, from the youngest to the oldest. It is based on the idea that every life of faith should first be based on a personal encounter and friendship with Christ.

Today, observing the fruits, we want to propose this treasure to the Universal Church, to the little ones of all the countries of the world, children or adults. Nathalie, a Frenchwoman (sorry for my bad english) is at your disposal (with the blessing and help of the initiators) to contribute to this diffusion.
